At this time we cannot offer refunds. However, should a product not meet your expectations, we will be happy to work with you to ensure you receive a product you can be satisfied with.
All of our products ship from Ann Arbor, MI, where they are produced. If you are local, you can pick up from our facility, otherwise shipping costs will be included in the final price of your order.
